Movement Is Medicine
Personalised, evidence-based exercise to help you move better, build strength, and support long-term health.
Our Approach
At Vital Clinical Exercise Physiology, our approach is grounded in the clinical application of exercise as a form of treatment. As Exercise Physiologists, we use targeted, evidence-based exercise to support recovery, manage chronic conditions, and help you move better, feel stronger, and maintain long-term health - within a safe and structured environment.
Every program begins with understanding you - your goals, health history, current function, and the challenges affecting your movement or wellbeing. From there, a tailored plan is developed to suit your needs, abilities, and lifestyle. This is not a one-size-fits-all program, but a clinically guided process designed specifically for your body, ensuring the right level of challenge while maintaining safety at every stage.
With a strong clinical focus, programs are designed to support individuals managing chronic health conditions, recovering from injury or surgery, improving balance and mobility, or building strength to remain active and independent - all with careful progression and close supervision.
A key focus of the practice is the ONERO® program - a research-backed strength training approach designed to improve bone density, enhance balance, and reduce the risk of falls and fractures in individuals with osteopenia or osteoporosis.
You’ll be supported in a professional, welcoming environment where clear guidance, trust, and measurable progress are prioritised - so you can feel confident in your body, knowing you’re training safely and effectively.
