Movement Is Medicine

Personalised, evidence-based exercise to help you move better, build strength, and support long-term health.

Our Approach

At Vital Clinical Exercise Physiology, our approach is grounded in the clinical application of exercise as a form of treatment. As Exercise Physiologists, we use targeted, evidence-based exercise to support recovery, manage chronic conditions, and help you move better, feel stronger, and maintain long-term health - within a safe and structured environment.

Every program begins with understanding you - your goals, health history, current function, and the challenges affecting your movement or wellbeing. From there, a tailored plan is developed to suit your needs, abilities, and lifestyle. This is not a one-size-fits-all program, but a clinically guided process designed specifically for your body, ensuring the right level of challenge while maintaining safety at every stage.

With a strong clinical focus, programs are designed to support individuals managing chronic health conditions, recovering from injury or surgery, improving balance and mobility, or building strength to remain active and independent - all with careful progression and close supervision.

A key focus of the practice is the ONERO® program - a research-backed strength training approach designed to improve bone density, enhance balance, and reduce the risk of falls and fractures in individuals with osteopenia or osteoporosis.

You’ll be supported in a professional, welcoming environment where clear guidance, trust, and measurable progress are prioritised - so you can feel confident in your body, knowing you’re training safely and effectively.

ONERO® bone Health Program

A clinically proven strength training program designed to improve bone health, build confidence, and reduce fracture risk.

Stronger Bones. Better Balance. Greater Confidence.

The ONERO program is a specialised, evidence-based exercise approach developed for individuals with osteopenia and osteoporosis who want to improve bone strength and remain active, capable, and independent.

Built on leading clinical research, including the LIFTMOR trial from Griffith University, ONERO uses targeted resistance training principles shown to support bone adaptation, improve muscle strength, and enhance overall physical function.

Delivered by a Certified ONERO® Provider

As a certified ONERO Exercise Physiologist practitioner, Lennah delivers this specialised program in a safe, professional, and supportive clinical setting.

Each session is carefully supervised and individually progressed to ensure appropriate loading, sound technique, and measurable progress - helping improve bone health while also building balance, strength, posture, and movement confidence.

Your program is then tailored to your individual needs, allowing safe progression at the right pace while building confidence every step of the way.
